Simple, festive ideas that help you walk into every holiday gathering with peace, a plan, and confidence.
The holidays are here — and with them come the parties, potlucks, school events, cookie exchanges, and family gatherings where it’s so dang easy to let your guard down and just hope for the best.
But here’s the truth I want you to carry into every holiday event this year:
You do not have to walk into a party powerless.
You don’t have to let whatever shows up on the table decide how you’re going to feel later.
You don’t have to choose between restriction or regret.
One of the biggest mindset shifts that will help you stay consistent this season is this:
You can be the woman who brings the thing that fuels her.
You can be the woman who walks in with a plan.
You can be the woman who refuses to let the environment dictate her choices.
And here’s the best part:
You don’t have to bring bland or boring snacks to do it.
You can bring something festive, fun, crowd-pleasing, and packed with protein so you stay steady, satisfied, and in control — even at the giant holiday buffet.
Today, I’m giving you my top 10 high-protein holiday party snacks from the Kingdom Fit Moms Podcast so you can walk into every gathering with confidence instead of the post-party regret spiral.
Let’s dive in.
Inside Fit Moms Academy, we celebrate big and small victories — scale and non-scale — because your transformation is happening in so many areas, not just your weight.
Here are two recent wins from our community:
Fit Mom Win #1:
“We’re traveling for my youngest’s hockey team this weekend. I packed a cooler with fruits, veggies, and protein and ate from that all day. When we did eat out, I ordered a big salad with chicken. I didn’t use the trip as an excuse like I have in the past. I feel better too!”
Fit Mom Win #2:
One mom shared that she has a pair of “skinny scrubs” that used to be tight and hard to pull up. This week, she slid into them comfortably with almost no wiggle.
That feeling is everything.
This is what steady obedience looks like — real women, real stories, real freedom.

These are simple, delicious, satisfying, and perfect for staying steady at holiday gatherings.
A friend shared this first idea with me, and I think I ate almost all of hers the first time I tried it.
Simply slice mini bell peppers in half and fill with whipped cream cheese (or Greek yogurt cream cheese for extra protein). Sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning.
Optional: add finely chopped chicken or turkey for extra protein.
Simple. Colorful. Crowd-pleasing.
Slice cucumbers and top them with your favorite chicken or tuna salad.
My go-to Greek yogurt chicken salad includes:
The dressing: Greek yogurt + honey + lemon + garlic + dill + salt + pepper.
This is refreshing, satisfying, and perfect for balancing a table full of heavy holiday foods.
Swap mayonnaise for Greek yogurt in your deviled eggs for a lighter, protein-packed twist.
Add Dijon mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper — then crumble turkey bacon on top.
Every holiday table needs deviled eggs… these just help you stay steady too.
Mix:
Add a scoop of clean vanilla protein powder if you want even more protein.
Serve with crisp apple slices.
Simple, delicious, and universally loved.
A healthier twist on the classic:
Mix shredded chicken with:
Scoop into mini muffin tins and bake at 375ºF for 12–15 minutes.
Serve with celery or green onion.
These disappear fast.
A nostalgic classic from my childhood — and still a hit.
Spread cream cheese on thinly sliced salami, wrap around a mini dill pickle, slice into rounds, and secure with a toothpick.
It’s salty, creamy, crunchy, and surprisingly satisfying.
Mix:
Make them festive with:
Roll, chill, and serve.
Dessert… but steadier.
Simple, high-protein finger food.
Use fresh deli turkey and wrap it around a stick of cheese or string cheese. Slice into rounds and stick in decorative toothpicks.
Zero cooking. Zero stress. Always a hit.
Whisk eggs and mix in diced turkey, sausage, bacon, spinach, and cheese.
Spoon into mini muffin tins and bake at 350ºF for about 15 minutes.
Perfect warm or cold.
The easiest option of all: grab pre-cooked shrimp and cocktail sauce from the grocery store and build small skewers.
High-protein, classy, fast.
A party favorite:
Blend:
Then stir in chocolate chips.
Chill and serve with apple slices, pretzels, or graham crackers.
Shockingly delicious… and nourishing.
You now have 10 (plus a bonus!) high-protein holiday party ideas that will help you feel steady, empowered, and confident — instead of walking into gatherings hoping for the best and walking out feeling discouraged.
Take pictures of the ones you try, share them in the Kingdom Fit Moms Facebook group, and let’s celebrate your wins together.
Keep shedding the burden and shining your light.
