Surrendering your health journey to God can be a game-changer. Instead of trying to control every detail, you can trust God’s provision and His design for your body. This approach brings more freedom than counting macros ever could.

True health isn’t about perfection. It’s about consistency, grace, and trusting God’s design for your body.
