As a Christian health coach, I believe that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and what we eat significantly impacts our physical and spiritual well-being. A real food diet, which I like to call ‘consuming God’s perfect food,’ means nourishing yourself with the bounty He has provided in its most natural and unadulterated form. This blog will guide you through a real food diet plan that actually WORKS to help you lose weight for the last time.
A real food diet is a celebration of God’s creation, focusing on whole, unprocessed foods. It is a commitment to eating foods that are as close to the way God made them. This means embracing fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, nuts, and seeds. It’s about appreciating the natural flavors and nutrients in these foods, acknowledging them as gifts from God, and using them to sustain and heal our bodies.
Eating real food is not just a physical choice but it has huge implications on your spirit. When we choose foods in their natural state, we honor how God designed us for health and well-being. We show Him gratitude and respect for the natural resources He’s provided to us from the beginning. This diet plan is more than a pathway to physical health; it’s a journey towards renewing your heart and mind just as much as it is renewing and seeking transformation for your body!
